Wunderkammer is a German phrase which translates to ‘room of wonders’ and is associated with collections of oddities and rare objects. Divya Anantharaman, also known as Gotham Taxidermy, has curated this show at the request of San Art. Anantharaman also organizes and hosts an annual event under the same title of Wunderkammer in Brooklyn. This one day event invites artists to display their work and the pieces are judged by a panel of esteemed artists.
