  • Yes! We were on Seventh Avenue and Flatbush for 40+ years! We relocated to our new space in Gowanus in March 2020. We are very grateful for our loyal customers who make the trek to our new(ish) location to see us!

  • There are a few factors which can influence the turnaround time for aframe job. Our backlog also varies greatly at different times of the year. For custom framing, we recommend you call us to get an accurate estimated date of completion.

    That being said, we understand that sometimes you’re offered a spot in a group show last minute or need to get a gift done on time! We are happy to show you options that work on your timeline.

  • We offer a variety of services at different price points and try to make sure we can meet everyone where they’re at!

    Custom framing prices are determined mostly by the size of the artwork and what type of frame you would like. We can offer rough quotes over email or phone if you give us the dimesnions of your artwork and let us know what you’d like done!

    We also offer readymade frames as well as one-off frames we make in the shop at standard sizes which can greatly reduce the cost of your frame job.

  • We are happy to work with your frames!

    We pride ourselves on protecting artwork and sentimental items. Sometimes it’s best to keep the frame the piece came in. Or maybe you found a frame at a thrift store!

    We can refresh vintage frames and even do some repairs! We can also break frames down and cut them to a custom size.

  • We will happily provide materials to help you do your own framing at home. If you are getting materials cut for a specific frame, it’s best that you bring in the frame and art so we can take accurate measurements and ensure everything fits properly.

    Turnaround time for materials can vary if we need to order materials. Ingeneral, we ask for 3 days to a week to get mats cut.

  • Dealing with broken glass sucks! We are happy to help replace the glass in your frame and dispose of any broken glass.

    Price varies on size and what type of glass you would like. If you’d like a quote, feel free to call or email us with the size of your piece.

    For glass replacements, we ask that you bring us the frame so that we can make sure the glass fits correctly.
